Yes, you can use the code WELCOME during checkout, for a 10% discount of the entire purchase. This code is valid for one purchase per customer and cannot be combined with other coupons.

You can pay online with Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and the most common credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club).

No, you can only use a single payment method at the moment.

After selecting the products, you can click on the shopping bag on the top right and then select "Proceed to Checkout" on the top right. You can then select between Express Checkout with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal or you can enter your shipping address and select the payment method in the following step.

Shop Pay is owned by Shopify, which is a one-click payment solution for online shoppers to save their payment information for faster checkouts in the future. You also have the option to use Shop Pay as a payment method by itself.

Shipping

Yes, we currently ship to all countries in Europe, both within the EU and outside. If you wish to purchase one of our products, but live in a country outside Europe, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Normally, we dispatch your items within 2-4 working days from the time your order has been confirmed. The delivery time varies depending on the shipping method you select during checkout. During the high season or holidays, the dispatch and delivery time may be slightly longer.

We ship with PostNord and DHL Freight, depending on the destination and the best rates offered for the fastest delivery option. In some cases, the customer can choose the preferred shipping method and carrier from a selection.

It may be possible to change the delivery address of a placed order, if it has not yet been dispatched, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change the delivery address of a recent order.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will help you with your order. Include the order number and which items were missing from the delivery.

We will send a message as soon as your order has left our warehouse. You can log in to your customer account to follow the status of your order.

Returns

You may return purchased items within 14 days of delivery date. The products must be returned in new condition with tags still attached. Products received worn, washed or without tags attached will be donated and no refund will be issued. You may return swimwear after trying them on as long as the hygienic liner is in place.

Please contact us using the contact form and let us know that you want to return your order and which items you are returning. We will send you instructions on how to return the items. Note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

It is free of charge to return an item. Note that you will not be refunded for shipping, any packing or packaging materials (such as printing costs of return shipping labels), customs and import taxes and other taxes and fees that have been paid in order for you to receive the items.

To exchange purchased items, please return the items and place a new order. See the instructions above for how to initiate a return. You may return purchased items within 14 days of delivery date. Note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

You may return intimate items after trying them on as long as the hygienic liner is in place. Products received without the hygienic liner will be donated and no refund will be issued.

We guarantee that each shipment is examined before it is sent to you. Should a product nevertheless be broken or faulty when it arrives, you must of course complain about the product. If you receive a defective, damaged or defective item, you are asked to contact us within 5 days. Please include the order number, a description of the faulty items, and photos of the damaged packaging if applicable.

If you have used a discount on your purchase and return the item, the discount is used up.

If you have bought several items in a package offer, for example "3 for 2" and choose to return one or more items, you will lose your discount. You then pay full price for the items you choose to keep.
